Universal Spirit, Comforter in times of loss, we gather our thoughts in gratitude for the joy, history and comfort that this cherished item brought into our lives. We acknowledge the ache of its absence and the attachment we hold to it.

Yet, we recognize that the true value of this item lives on within us, in the memories it represents, in the love it symbolizes and the stories it holds.

Whether this item is recovered or not, we pray for the grace of detachment. Help me release the grip on it and find solace in the intangible treasures within that can never be lost or stolen.

I can open to restore peace and tranquility to my mind, replacing frustration with a deep sense of contentment, gratitude and trust in Divine Order.

And, So It Is.

I invite you to be still. Take a couple deep breaths. Let's Open to the thoughts of Peace and Flow.

We are reminded of Peace all around us. We see peace in the gentleness of a breeze, in the softness of a cat's fur, or in the calming sun rays on a cold day.

We, too, are embodiments of Peace and Flow.

Peace moves through me as I see Peace around me. I soften into Peace. Flow runs through me as I experience it with my eyes and then in my body and mind.

Thank you for the Peace that is all around me and runs through me. Thank you for Flow that allows me to move and adjust my mind and body into Universe's Divine Flow. I share Peace, Flow, and Gentleness with the world.

And so it is. Amen.

A Self Love Prayer

Peace and Flow

Honoring the inherent worth of all beings brings peace to the world.

The challenges faced by people at the far ends of the earth may not seem to affect me directly, nor may the perils that affect various animal species. But if peace and its effects—harmony, health, safety, and security—elude some, they remain out of reach for all.

I include the earth and all its people and creatures in my prayer for peace. As I pray, I envision the earth blessed and healed. I lift myself above the dire news and often discouraging state of the world. Instead, I rest my awareness in the peace and perfection of God. I claim peace for myself and for all beings. I affirm cooperation, harmony, and respect are dawning in hearts and minds everywhere. I envision the world’s people as responsible stewards of our shared earth home, where peace and prosperity flourish.

The earth is the Lord’s and all that is in it, the world, and those who live in it. —Psalm 24:1

World Peace

May I live in harmony with the fullness of life, holding its polarities with grace and openness. Help me remember that wholeness arises through integration, and that each difference I encounter can become a doorway to deeper understanding.

When I feel frustrated with others who see the world differently, solve problems in another way, or approach life from a different perspective, guide me to pause before I judge.

Teach me to listen with patience, humility, and an open heart. May I welcome new viewpoints as gifts that expand my awareness. Let me experience difference not as division, but as an opportunity to honor the harmony we can create together.

And so it is!

Harmony Prayer

Grief is not a linear process. It’s an abstract, overwhelming wild tide of emotions; a dark uncomfortable place we want to close the door on rather than navigate its landscape.

Let us close our eyes and take a deep breath in.

As we breathe, let’s consider, “what if grief could be a sacred process to be honored rather than a problem to be solved?” The grieving process can be an opportunity to see it as a profound and natural expression of love rather than a sign of weakness. Grief is an opportunity for us to show self-compassion and kindness, not by removing the pain of loss but by holding ourselves inside the pain.

As we think about our loved ones and their spiritual journey, we recognize that our conversation doesn’t have to end when a person passes away or leaves our life. The relationship simply takes on a new shape. Writing is one option. As a direct line of communication, writing allows us to continue our dialogue safely and privately. Journal about memories that bubble up, all the things left unsaid, questions that still linger. Tell them about your day, how much you miss their playful spirit/terrible coffee/stories/how they snort when they laugh. Share your confusion and profound sadness. Each new page is a testament to a life that mattered deeply. This preservation is an act of love that reaffirms the connection we have with our loved one, despite their physical absence.

We also realize the importance of treating ourselves with this same level of compassion. Amid grief, it is common to judge our own process. Why am I having a good day or I should be feeling better by now. Self-compassion allows us to be exactly where we are: if numb, allow stillness; if weeping, allow the tears. Allow joy and momentary fits of laughter without feeling guilt.

We gratefully open to and accept this loving, compassionate way of perceiving grief, knowing that it supports the Highest Good for all concerned.

And, So It Is.

Love Is Alive

Prayer on Protection of the Environment

Contemplate Wisdom, Divine Wisdom. As we go inside, we recognize the Omniscience, one of the beautiful three Omnis. The Divine All Knowingness.

We walk this beautiful Earth, we eat from our beautiful Earth, we admire the rainbows, the moon, the warmth of the sun, we ski on her snow, we fish in her waters, our Earth is the very pure essence of our existence. As we love, we activate our Divine Wisdom, to Nurture, and Protect our Earth 🌍 in all the ways we can imagine. Let the Christ within move in many ways to show forth that Wisdom.

We give our deep graditude and say so it is. Amen

Love is the power that moves through me now.

It is the rhythm of my breath, the clarity of my thoughts, and the strength of my steps. Love is alive in me, radiant and sure, shaping my life with intention.

I speak words of blessing and embody acts of kindness.

Love gathers the scattered places of my life into wholeness.

Love multiplies joy and expands vision.

Love calls me beyond fear into freedom.

Secured in this truth, I rise. And as I rise, I call forth the love within us all—to lift us higher, to deepen our faith, and to carry us forward into greater good.

Together, powered by the activity of love, we are faith in action and prayer in motion.

I affirm:
Love leads me. Faith steadies me. Prayer carries me forward.

With each breath, I choose love as my path, my presence, and my power.

And so it is. Amen.
