Weekly Group Meditation: Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30pm (discussion ends 7:15 pm) Two 20-minute meditations with basic instructions. Fine for both beginners and experienced meditators. Main focus: developing mindfulness of body, feelings, and thoughts; learning to observe inner and outer conditions without judgment; cultivating patience and compassion. Often followed by discussion. OK to arrive late or leave early.
