Recipes to Nourish the Soul is a beautifully designed, spiral bound, hard cover book. Each section has a card stock divider for easy location. Included with each section are helpful tips specific to the category. A table of contents and index make it easy to find your favorite recipes. Also in the back are general helpful kitchen tips, from helping your baked goods to come out perfectly each time to measurements, conversions and substitutions.
