Mental Grace Group is a new group at the Unity Spiritual Center. The group will meet monthly (last Fridays) starting this Friday, September 27th from 6pm – 7:30pm at Unity. The group is a safe space to teach and learn about the power of Grace, where our thoughts and emotions are concerned. Too often the loudest negative voices come from within. The intention of this group is to hold safe space while members learn and practice skills grounded in Unity teachings and evidenced based trauma informed care practices.
